Job Description

LaunchDarkly is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support growth and strengthen the Go-To-Market organization. The role involves building relationships with GTM leaders, driving growth through people, and developing leadership strength. This is a high-impact role focused on helping teams scale and evolve in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive HR experience
A data-informed, growth-oriented mindset
Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
