Job Description

They are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & M&A Director to identify and negotiate partnerships to accelerate market expansion, driving revenue growth through acquisitions of AI/ML startups and collaborations with VC firms. The role involves due diligence, deal structuring, and relationship building within the AI/ML ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate development, investment banking, or strategic partnerships
- Proven experience in M&A transactions involving AI/ML companies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with M&A transactions, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Technical/product background preferred for AI infrastructure evaluation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
