Job Description
LawnStarter is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their growing LATAM-based team. They are transforming the outdoor home services industry with a home-based, fully autonomous role focused on building a platform for homeowner service booking and management. The role involves leading technical initiatives, building scalable systems, and contributing directly to platform development.
Requirements
- Experienced in server-side and client-side software development
- Familiarity with cloud development and Test Driven Development
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and database operations
- Ability to explain Big O notation and data structures
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, etc.)
- Passion for clean code, customer-driven solutions, and quality
