Job Description
LawnStarter is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager Pro Acquisition to lead paid acquisition and activation of service professionals across priority markets, with a focus on growing the supply side of the marketplace.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning paid growth tied to real business outcomes
- Hands-on at scale, personally managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta
- Experience acquiring supply for a two-sided marketplace, understanding the differences between supply acquisition and demand generation
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative variant generation, performance data analysis, and report building
