Job Description
Senior Performance Marketing Manager Pro Acquisition at LawnStarter, responsible for building a paid acquisition engine for service professionals across priority markets, with a focus on activation over volume and creative messaging.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning paid growth tied to real business outcomes
- Hands-on at scale with six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta
- Experience acquiring supply for a two-sided marketplace, specifically drivers, hosts, couriers, and taskers
- Use of AI tools to generate creative variants, analyze performance data, and build reports
- Builder in ambiguity, able to define strategy and build infrastructure in a new channel
