Job Description
lawpilots is seeking a Tech Lead to develop innovative, scalable EdTech solutions for data protection, information security, ESG, and compliance in the digital training space. The role involves architecting the technical strategy, migrating infrastructure, and driving best practices to ensure technical excellence and team success. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, and React
- Mastery of database querying (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Datadog, and AI-supported tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Independent leadership and team mentorship
