Telesales / Counter Sales

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our AVS Lewes branch, bringing high standards of customer service and sales expertise to both our telesales and trade counter operations.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience within a builders' merchant, trade counter, or similar retail environment
• Strong telephone, written, and face-to-face communication skills
• Confidence in working with targets and drive to achieve branch ambitions
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork ethos
• Attention to detail and efficient organisation skills
• Keen to learn about new products and systems
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and order processing systems
