Telesales / Counter Sales

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual for a Telesales / Counter Sales role in our Sidcup branch. You will be an integral part of the branch, providing excellent service over the phone and in-person, ensuring customers always receive the best advice and support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, trade counter, or builders’ merchant environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional manner with strong customer service focus
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic with a commitment to quality service
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills and familiarity with order processing systems
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
• Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine team player
