Job Description
LayerZero is seeking a highly driven Business Development Lead for its operations in the UAE and broader Middle Eastern region. This role focuses on market-building within the UAE, managing a full sales pipeline, and acting as a brand ambassador for the company's interoperability infrastructure. The position requires a blend of sales, operational, and strategic expertise, with a focus on the stablecoin and RWA verticals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Significant exposure to financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Deep understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, RWA, and the broader digital asset ecosystem
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle business development
- Experience in managing institutional relationships
- Strong sales acumen
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Professional proficiency in English
