The Assistant Manager provides operational and financial support to the General Manager, overseeing restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, guest service, and profitability. This role involves supervising food preparation, managing team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Supervise preparation, cooking, & serving of food with focus on food quality.
• Assist with weekly work schedules & organize crew.
• Order inventory & supplies & process invoices.
• Ensure guest service and manage complaints.
• Oversee store safety & implement sanitation practices.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision of line production.
• Coaching, training, & evaluating crew.
• Make hiring, coaching, & team member termination decisions.
