Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, equipment, product control, guest service, and general upkeep. This role focuses on ensuring high quality food, delivering exceptional guest experience, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The manager will be responsible for payroll, inventory, and reporting to the corporate office.

Requirements

• Supervise food preparation, cooking, & serving.
• Assist with weekly schedule & set-up.
• Order inventory & supplies, & process payments.
• Oversee cash handling & reporting.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality guest service.
• Maintain store safety & sanitation.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, & evaluation of crew.
