The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager with all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant, overseeing staffing, equipment, and guest service. This role involves maintaining high standards of food quality, ensuring timely payments, and upholding company safety protocols. The position is supervisory, requiring leadership and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
• Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, nights, & holidays as required.
