Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant, supervising food preparation, crew, inventory, and guest service. This role involves maintaining quality, ensuring safety, and driving profits. The position requires a proactive and organized individual capable of communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
• Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
