Job Description

They are seeking a Client Success Manager specializing in German, to build relationships and ensure client success with their software. The role involves implementing training, tracking KPIs, and supporting sales through reporting and renewals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role, or customer support
- Advanced proficiency in both German and English languages
- Exceptional ability to communicate (internally and externally)
