Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Ability to connect ‘learning needs’ to business results
- Experience selling into people-centric organizations (e.g. service companies, consultancies, regulated industries)
- Passion for organizational development, knowledge sharing, and/or transformation
