We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to handle complex technical issues, resolve 2nd level technical issues, and liaise with 1st level & 3rd level teams. Must have at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, Linux knowledge, and fluent English communication skills.

- Linux knowledge
- Knowledge of Hardware (Servers, RAM, HDD)
- Ability to handle customers
- Fluent English communication skills
- Available to work in rotating shifts
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands
