Job Description
Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Scheduling Assistant to ensure seamless patient care and clinic efficiency. This role involves optimizing scheduling, coordinating with staff and patients, resolving scheduling discrepancies, and serving as a liaison with Site Leadership. The position supports a dynamic, innovative healthcare community focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Front Desk staff and provide clinical scheduling support
- Coordinate scheduling with both patients and staff
- Identify and resolve scheduling issues
- Efficiently schedule appointments, including same-day and wait lists
- Facilitate walk-in patient scheduling and manage patient registration data
- Serve as a liaison with Site Leadership for resource management
