Job Description
Legacy Community Health is seeking a Clinical Scheduling Assistant to optimize schedule management, contribute to innovation, and contribute to optimal patient scheduling. The role involves providing excellent patient care coordination, ensuring efficient communication, and managing diverse provider pools. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, technology-driven environment focused on patient care and community health.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with advanced certification (Medical Assistance, EHRS documentation)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proven experience in medical clinic settings
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Resourceful, self-driven, and problem-solving skills
- Spanish-speaking abilities (asset)
