Job Description
Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Patient Access Specialist to be the first point of contact, transforming the patient experience. This role involves interacting with patients, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information while representing Legacy's commitment to healthcare excellence. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical and/or insurance terminology
- Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Precise keyboard typing, data-entry, and navigation skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Email, Online/Electronic forms, and websites
- Ability to juggle multiple callers and tasks efficiently
- Experience in patient scheduling
