NWAAF is seeking a dynamic Director of Development to drive revenue generation and build community engagement. The role focuses on fundraising, donor stewardship, and strategic storytelling. The organization serves affected populations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska, providing abortion services, financial assistance, and support for those needing it. NWAAF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Requirements

• Design and execute a multi-channel fundraising strategy.
• Build and steward a major donor portfolio.
• Lead grants strategy and management.
• Develop and improve development systems and dashboards.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Board.
• Develop content that uplifts impact and centers dignity.
