Search Lead

Legacy HR Consulting is seeking a Search Lead to coordinate full recruitment engagements, from posting to offer. This role requires coordinating between clients, candidates, and recruiting support, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Candidates should be proactive, project management oriented, and align with the company's mission and values, emphasizing equity and social justice.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• 2+ years of project management or search coordination experience (overlap with recruiting work)
• Strong written communication skills
• Detail-oriented project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in ClickUp, JazzHR, Loxo, Slack, and Google Suite
