Mid-Market Business Development Representative

LegalVision is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their mid-market team. The role involves sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads for high growth medium and mid-market businesses across Australia. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-learning environment with a clear pathway to career progression.

Requirements

• Prospecting into Ideal Client Profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters, and lead lists
• Conducting cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound emails to start conversations
• Running qualification calls to uncover key pain points, timelines, and buying signals
• Booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives
• Managing and maintaining accurate activity records in Habitat
• Working closely with the AE team to optimise targeting and outreach
• Contributing to refining messaging, sequences, and lead sourcing strategies
• Hitting daily and weekly activity targets across calls, emails, and meetings booked
