Job Description
Legion is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to pioneer a new go-to-market style leveraging agent-powered marketing. This role focuses on scaling and communicating narratives across defense and enterprise audiences through a multi-agent stack and AI tools, prioritizing metrics and measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on strategist and a leader capable of building and scaling high-performing teams.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or Greencard
- 10+ years leading marketing in high-growth tech
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed organizational goals
- Fluency in AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, autonomous workflows)
- Success in building and coaching high-performing teams
- Track record of building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and coaching them through rapid change
