Job Description
Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist III to join the Original Casting Lighting Sector Team in St. Louis, MO. The candidate will maintain and promote sound relations with suppliers, develop procurement strategies, and drive cost savings initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in purchasing or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and logistics
- Familiarity with RoHS, Reach, Conflict Minerals, and incoterms
- Experience with logistics, negotiations, and analytical skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects
