Job Description
Lely is seeking a Scrum Master to contribute to the success of their software team, supporting the team in facilitating the Scrum process and resolving obstacles. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, mentoring team members in Agile and Scrum principles, and promoting continuous improvement. The company focuses on innovative solutions for the dairy industry and fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile coach.
- HBO or WO diploma.
- Knowledge of change management, Kanban and Lean.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
