Job Description

They are seeking a Complaints Officer to investigate and resolve complex customer interactions, build relationships across departments, and contribute to improvements in service and processes. The role involves handling a varied caseload, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and providing fair and objective resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in resolving complaints or customer disputes within a regulated environment
- Aptitude for investigating, analysing, problem-solving, and dispute resolution
- Ability to self-manage a varied and complex caseload
- Good record-keeping skills
- Strong letter writing skills
- Knowledge of FCA regulation and DISP complaint handling rules and guidance
