Complaints Officer (motor finance)

As a Complaints Officer (motor finance), you'll be part of a small team responsible for handling complex complaints related to motor finance. You'll work with customers and other departments to resolve issues and make fair decisions. If you have experience in complaints handling or the automotive finance sector, you'll be a great fit for this role.

Requirements

• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to assess and critique evidence
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and manage multiple third parties
• Experience of working in a regulated motor finance environment
• Understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
• Understanding of Motor related policies and industry standards
• Ability to comprehend complex Satisfactory Quality-related complaints
