Job Description
LendingOne is seeking a Territory Loan Officer for New York and New Jersey to build market position and generate new business. The role involves assessing borrower financials, advising on LendingOne's financial products, and maintaining client relationships. The position requires a proactive and team-oriented professional with a strong understanding of real estate and business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate lending (conventional/nonQM/mortgage insurance)
- Minimum 2 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience
- Experience in commercial and residential mortgage lending
- Experience building client relationships by phone
- 3+ years in business to business sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- High attention to detail and critical thinking
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced technology environment
