Loan Coordinator

LendingUSA is a fintech company focused on offering smart financing solutions, offering loans with options in seconds and low monthly payment options. They are seeking a highly motivated Loan Coordinator to manage applications, customer communication, and data entry, ensuring smooth loan processing from start to finish. The position is fully remote and based in a United States-based location.

Requirements

• Contact consumers to assist with application submission
• Collect additional information and/or documentation
• Efficiently follow up on all assigned loan applications
• Meet monthly performance goals and minimums
• Perform data entry, including detailed customer communication notes
• Communicate with internal staff, borrowers, merchants, and other agents
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
• Complete required compliance training
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company
