Loan Coordinator

They are seeking a motivated Loan Coordinator to act as a bridge between clients, internal staff, and merchants, ensuring smooth loan application processing. The role requires fluency in loan processing and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, preferably remote.

Requirements

• Contact consumers to assist with application submission.
• Collect additional information and documentation to extend loan offers.
• Efficiently follow up on all assigned loan applications.
• Perform accurate and extensive data entry, including detailed customer communication.
• Communicate with internal staff, borrowers, merchants, and other agents.
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
