Loan Coordinator

LendingUSA is seeking a highly motivated Loan Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients, internal staff, and merchants. The role focuses on smooth loan application processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The company offers a seamless financing solution for quick approvals and promotional terms, providing access to loans and low monthly payments. It is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Contact consumers to assist with application submission.
• Collect additional information and/or documentation to extend loan offers.
• Efficiently follow up on all assigned loan applications in a timely manner.
• Meet monthly performance goals and minimums as set by management.
• Perform accurate and extensive data entry, including detailed customer communication notes.
• Communicate with internal staff, borrowers, merchants, and other agents to resolve closing issues.
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails, averaging 90+ calls per day.
• Complete all required compliance training and stay current on regulatory policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
