Assistant Property Manager (Parkway Parade)

Lendlease is searching for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join Parkway Parade team, with responsibilities including understanding corporate requirements, contract administration, and operation of soft services.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering, Mechanical or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing M&E systems preferably in a retail asset
• Excellent people management with minimum 3 years experiences in leading a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop the skills and aspirations of people to meet the needs of the business
• Strong building operations and technical experience with risk management focus and drive
• Preferably familiar with technologies, opened minded and positive attitude on embracing technologies
• Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative
• Financial Management skills to prepare, report and manage budgets for key stakeholders and able to analyse inter-relationships of all financial issues to ensure maximum returns for the owners
• Willing to work beyond office hours
