Job Description
Lengow is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on developing the public data acquisition team. The role involves managing engineering projects, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving the development of cutting-edge products. Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in engineering management or a similar leadership role in a SaaS or e-commerce-focused organization.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system design.
- Experience in PHP (ideally Symfony).
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and modern engineering practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, speaking English and Spanish.
