Sr. Controls Engineer

Lennox International Inc. is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to specify, develop, and qualify embedded electronic controls and algorithms for refrigeration systems. The role involves hands-on programming, troubleshooting, creating wiring schematics, project management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) and 7+ years relevant experience
• Experience in controls design, component selection, wiring diagrams
• HVAC/Refrigeration experience a strong benefit
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP experience is a plus
