Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and business-aligned Performance and Rewards leader to join us as Assistant General Manager – Performance & Rewards at Lenskart.com.
Requirements
- Oversee end-to-end annual performance appraisal cycles
- Drive a performance-oriented culture and raising the bar of performance
- Drive alignment of rewards with business priorities, employee value proposition, and talent strategy
- Manage the end-to-end Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) lifecycle
- Oversee governance of sales incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and board governance standards
