Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills — ability to work with complex data sets, build models, and run simulations.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, including modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced functions.
- Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools, with ability to build automated dashboards and analytics.
- Comfortable leveraging HR tech, compensation systems, and data automation tools — a tech-oriented mindset is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics.
- Experience designing pay structures, variable pay, incentives, and job leveling frameworks.
- Track record supporting high-growth, multi-location, or global teams.
- Tech-driven, data-led, and curious about emerging tools and digital transformation
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance competitiveness, fairness, and cost.
- Excellent communication, influencing capability, and stakeholder partnership.
- High ownership, agility, and comfort working in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment.
