Requirements
- Leadership Experience: 1-2+ years leading or mentoring a Sales, Account Management, or Business Development team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial Mindset: Proven success in driving sales performance and revenue growth through strategy, structure, and leadership.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn insights into impactful actions and make data-informed decisions.
- Business Understanding: Deep understanding of how to grow and scale commercial operations while maintaining strong partnerships.
