We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Payroll & HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, loves problem-solving, and wants to grow in HR within a fast-moving tech company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or payroll operations (internship experience counts).
- Strong with Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable using HRMS tools
- Basic understanding of Indian payroll and compliance.
- Eye for detail, good with numbers, and discreet with sensitive data.
- Team-player with a mindset which is flexible, positive, and ready to learn fast.
