Break Fix Management Specialist

Lexmark is a technology company that is now part of Xerox. They are looking for a Break Fix Management Specialist to monitor and intervene in Break Fix Work Orders and Sales Orders to meet customer Service Level Agreements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of customer service experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Holder (4-year course)
• At least 2 years customer service experience or related field
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in other MS Office apps (Word and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email accounts and calendar
