The incumbent is responsible for planning, mobilizing and optimizing labor forces on all sites, in accordance with operational needs, schedules and required skills. Their key role is to attract, recruit and deploy a qualified and high-performing workforce to increase internal competence, team productivity and company reputation in the industry.
Requirements
- Relevant training or experience in logistics, operational coordination, management or human resources
- Experience in a construction environment (an asset)
- Good understanding of trades and operational constraints on site
- Experience in planning, assignment or coordination of labor (a major asset)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Good judgment and ability to make quick decisions
- Credibility on site and ability to establish trust with the team
- Ability to recruit, evaluate and recognize talent
- Clear, direct and effective communication
- Ease with computer tools, including management software and tracking tables
