Ensure the strategic, financial and operational management of the heavy machinery fleet, vehicles, specialized equipment and small tools to optimize their performance, availability, compliance and profitability, while supporting construction operations effectively.
Requirements
- Technical or university degree in mechanical engineering and/or maintenance management, civil engineering
- 8 to 12 years of experience in managing heavy equipment in construction
- Proven experience in team management
