Senior Recruitment Consultant | Renewable Energy

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Renewable Energy team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in agency perm recruitment, with a strong passion for the renewable energy industry. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for operating as a professional matchmaker between top companies and top talent within the niche renewable energy market.

Requirements

• 1+ year in an Agency Perm Recruitment role (360 recruitment experience preferred, but 180 delivery experience will be considered)
• Experience Recruiting within a specialist, STEM niche
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly and over a long period of time
• Proactive work ethic and eagerness to learn a new market
• Ability to communicate quickly, directly, and in an engaging way
