LHi Group is seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to join their team in New York. The role involves utilizing client demand across various divisions in the Renewables & Built Environment industries. The ideal candidate has experience starting, developing, or establishing a market and a proven track record of building out and establishing markets.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the clean energy space
- Ability to develop and establish new markets
- Strong client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development skills
- Proven track record of success in a sales or recruitment role
