We are seeking an Operations Support Manager to direct and lead all divisional regional technical support teams to meet short and long-range objectives with optimum efficiency and overall improved performance in all dimensions.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of safety, environmental, and the desire to following all established procedures are required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse team in support of multiple initiatives.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meeting all required deadlines.
- Prior experience in shipping and limestone processes is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meeting all required deadlines.
- Strong sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations and their impact on operations compliance desired
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint software. Previous SAP knowledge is a plus.
