Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development
- Proven success in managing and motivating sales teams
- Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets and trading regulations
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred)
