Libertex Group is seeking a Business Development Team Leader for Vietnam to drive revenue targets and expand partnerships. Requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the Vietnam market.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Analyze team performance and prepare reports.
