Representative, Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to create positive customer experiences. You'll provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone, and be the face of our company, representing our customer service philosophy with integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• Experience in Customer Service required
• Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills
• Organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference and/or retrieval tasks
