Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Liberty clients and customers. You will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service both in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills
- Organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference, and/or retrieval tasks
