Claims Specialist

Libra Solutions is a leading family of legal funding providers focused on accelerating settlements for attorneys and resolving medical debt for individuals. They offer MoveDocs, a personal injury solutions platform and Oasis Financial, a national brand in consumer legal funding. This role is within their Operations team, focusing on claims processing and customer communication.

Requirements

• High School or GED required
• Experience in a high-volume call environment preferred
• Self-motivated with desire to build great relationships and exceed goals
• Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is a must
• Able to adapt to change and pivot easily between tasks
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
