The role involves strategic business development, team leadership, and driving growth within the region. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator, team leader, and technical and financial expert.
Requirements
- Proven experience in law firm business development, account management, or provider development (legal experience is a strong advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts and influence senior decision-makers
- Experience managing teams and providing mentorship to sales or account staff
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to use Salesforce and Power BI to drive decisions
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable traveling frequently within the Mid-Atlantic region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with acute listening ability
- Ability to effectively meet goals while working remotely in a self-motivated environment
- B.A or B.S. degree or B.S. degree or requisite industry experience
